Seeds for The Soul Factor were planted in 2021, when my Mum experienced a fatal stroke, a pivotal moment that cracked me wide open. This heartbreaking event exposed various complex childhood traumas I had unconsciously been avoiding my entire life. Thankfully, divine intervention steered life changing spiritual mentors and teachers onto my path, offering critical guidance and inspiration when I felt completely lost about how to navigate my way out of the  hopelessness and darkness.

 

The realisation that 99.7% of our composition is made up of atoms, that everything is energy, and our external world reflects our internal state, marked a significant turning point. Embracing that we each have the choice of stepping out of the 'victim' mentality, and becoming the director, producer AND the main character of our own blockbuster movie by igniting our healing alchemy was life-changing. This newfound understanding and embodiment of applied energetics formed the foundation of my healing, self-regulation, and transformation journey. It served as the catalyst for the discovery of my soul's purpose and the unlocking of my inherent healing abilities - giving birth to The Soul Factor.
